I post the following concerts involving harp at the Atlantic Music Festival this week at the risk of making too many amendments to previous posts. Last-minute programming changes aside, here are some intriguing pieces–with harp–to enjoy hearing this week at the Atlantic Music Festival (July 27 through 31):
- Salon Concert III: Performing Katerina Kramarchuk‘s Beyond Expectation for harp, oboe, and vibraphone with Greg Jukes and Alexandra von der Embse.
Wednesday, July 27, at 7pm.
- Composer Concert I: Thursday, July 28, at 5pm.
See listing in my previous post.
- Salon Concert IV: Performing the following chamber works for harp:
-With Bianca Garcia, flute: Carl Nielsen’s The Fog is Lifting and Bernard Andrès’s Narthex.
-With Alessandro del Signore, violin, and Gretchen Bruesehoff, soprano: Eli Marshall‘s I Look Through a Window.
Friday, July 29, at 7pm.
- Orchestral Concert III: Saturday, July 30, at 7pm.

I’m also providing music at St. Mark’s Episcopal church in Waterville for their Sunday morning service on July 31. It will be a pleasure to share some contemplative, worshipful harp-and-voice music with this welcoming congregation!
